  a)  by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or

  b)  by the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20(3)(b) (74(3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  The persons hiring the hall shall be vetted and shall uphold the rules of the hall.

   

  Public Safety

   

  Public events shall be controlled and supervised by the Management Committee.

   

  Empty cans and bottles shall be disposed of safely.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  Signage shall be displayed asking customers to ‘Please leave quietly’.

   

  The area around the hall shall be kept free from litter.

   

  Windows shall be kept closed during events to control noise.

   

  A notice shall be displayed outside the premises explaining who to contact in the event of an emergency.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  No children’s parties unless responsible adults are present.
