Live music will be restricted to a maximum of 2 performers at any one time.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Proof of age Scheme in place i.e. Portman Prove it Card, Citizen Scheme Card, Modern Personalised Driving Licence or Passport is required.
Children only allowed in designated areas and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times
Children areas provided with no access to gaming or tobacco vending machines as well as being no smoking areas.
Children are not allowed to be seated or served at the bar.
Children must leave the premises by 2100 hours other than those staying as temporary residents and on occasions when attending private pre booked parties i.e. weddings etc.
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
PPN4- All external doors and windows shall be kept closed after 2200 Hours when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
PPN12 Announcements by persons providing regulated entertainment shall be made at regular intervals requesting customers leave quietly.
