ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
This premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol (for consumption off the premises) - the supply to be in connection with internet / mail order sales. There is no restriction of licensing hours in relation to the mail order and internet sale and supply of alcohol at the premise.
Any website maintained, by the premises licence holder or his/her nominated representative, for the internet sale of alcohol shall require the purchaser of alcohol to confirm that they are of legal age to purchase alcohol.
Deliveries of beer will only be to identified individuals at private addresses and not to persons in public spaces.
The delivery of alcohol will only be delivered to a fixed address and not a public space, and to the person who has placed the order or to another nominated person by them. This will be recorded as part of the initial order.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
An incident/refusals book shall be kept at the premises, in which details of crime and/or disorder relating to the premises shall be recorded. The incident book shall contain the following details:
Time, date and location of incident/refusals.
Nature of the Incident/refusal.
Names, addresses and contact details of persons involved.
Result of the incident/refusals.
Action taken to prevent further such incidents.
Each entry to be signed by the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) or other responsible person employed at the premises and so authorised by the DPS; and retained for a period of no less than 12 months and made available to Lincolnshire Police for inspection upon request.
Public Safety
Deliveries of beer will be made securely by private vehicle.
Ordered alcohol will only be permitted on the vehicle for deliveries for that day. No alcohol to be kept in the vehicle overnight.
Appropriate business insurance will be in place on any vehicles used for deliveries.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The loading/unloading of deliveries will be during permitted operating hours as designated on the planning permission for the site.
The loading of vehicles to be carried out so as to minimise noise and disruption.
The Protection of Children from Harm
The sales of beer will be subject to age verification procedures.
The website, maintained by the business, to include wording to the effect that users must be over the age of 18 at point of use and placing order.
All online and telephone purchases to be made by debit/credit cards.
Identification will be requested at the point of delivery if the purchaser appears under the age of 25 years.
An online programme will be installed with the below requirements:
All customers must confirm when buying alcohol online, through an appropriate statement, that they are over the age of 18.
Challenge 25 Proof of Age Policy literatures to be placed on the website home screen.
A written business policy in relation to the sale and delivery of alcohol online will be available publically on the website and customers shall be required to be read and confirm the document has been read as part of the terms and conditions for the sale of alcohol. A copy of this policy will be available to be seen by any Responsible Authorities upon request.
All receipts of sales to be kept for a period of 24 months and made available on reasonable request from Lincolnshire Police and other Responsible Authorities.
