The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The premises has digital CCTV that covers many areas of the shop floor, including the proposed area which will be used for display of beer and wine. High Value alcoholic products such as champagne and spirits will be displayed behind the sales counter.
Images are retained for a minimum period of 31 days and will be available to the Lincolnshire Police and Licensing Authority if required.
A member of the Management team in on the premises at all times the store is open.

The Protection of Children from Harm
In order to ensure compliance with the legislation, the Company will operate a 'Think 25' policy. A till prompt will appear on the initial sale of alcohol.
Accepted means of proof being:
Ten Year Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
The Company will operate a refusals record and refusals will be frequently checked on a regular basis by a Manager.
There will be prominent signage located throughout the store informing both staff and customers of our 'Think 25' policy.
