ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
The conditions attached to this premises licence will relate to all events organised at the premises unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Licensing Authority.
An Event Management Plan will be prepared and lodged with the East Lindsey Event Safety Advisory Group (ELESAG) for each event held under the authority of this premises licence.
The maximum number of persons, including staff and performers, permitted to attend an event at any one time shall not exceed 4,999.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
SIA registered security personnel shall be provided at each event held under the authority of this premises licence.
Public Safety
Appropriately trained stewards shall be provided at each event held under the authority of this premises licence.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that any generators at an event shall be sufficiently and safely barriered off from persons attending the event.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that sufficient, suitable and working firefighting equipment and first aid provision is provided at an event.
Policies and procedures shall be in place to deal with emergencies that may arise in connection with an event that is held under the authority of this premises licence.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Not Applicable.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A Lost/Found Children and Vulnerable Persons (LFCVP) Policy shall be in place for each event and a system for lost children - including a safe place for them whilst their parent or guardian is found. All security staff and stewards will be informed of their responsibility in respect of this policy. These procedures and policy will be based on the Lincolnshire Events Safety Partnerships (LESP) Guidance Document (or any subsequent guidance document issued by a replacement organisation / partnership notified to and supported by the Licensing Authority).
