General
Club management, steward and bar staff will be informed of the Licensing Act 2003 objectives and statutory requirements to ensure that all relevant provisions of the act are complied with.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
There will be CCTV surveillance with exterior lighting, which monitors all arrivals and departures at the Club main door and to the rear of the premises.
Admission to the club is confined to members, their guests and C.I.U affiliated members.
Unaccompanied guests are scrutinised via CCTV and are signed in by host members.
Members or guests that are drunk or disorderly will not be served or admitted onto the premises.
Misconduct will be reported to the committee for any disciplinary action.
Public Safety
Risk assessments will be carried out to ensure the safety of members, guests, employees & artists whilst on the premises.
The club will comply with advised capacity limits.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Members and guests will be advised to leave the premises quietly.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children under 18 will only be permitted on the premises under the supervision of an adult.
Young adults applying for membership must produce evidence of their age.
Signage will be displayed at the bar and near to gaming machines prohibiting children under 18 from acquiring alcohol and using the gaming machines.
