ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
The premises licence holder shall train all staff in the standards required by the relevant legislation and as required by company policy.
The conditions of the premises licence shall be brought to the attention of members of management.
Licensing Hours - Supply of Alcohol
The general hours of the premises for the supply of alcohol shall be Monday to Sunday 0800 to 0200 with specific hours for the following premises being:
Restaurant Bar, Marina Showbar & Marina Bar (Main Building) (for consumption on and off the premises):
Monday to Sunday: 1000 to 0200 Hours
Non-Standard Timings: An additional hour to the standard and non-standard times on the day when British Summertime (BST) commences.
New Year’s Eve - From the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.
External Area including External Container Bar (for consumption on and off the premises):
Monday to Sunday: 0800 to 2230 Hours
Shop (for consumption off the premises): Monday to Sunday: 0800 to 2300 Hours
Licensing Hours - The Provision of Regulated Entertainment
The general hours for the provision of regulated entertainment shall be Monday to Sunday 0900 to 0200 with specific hours for the following premises being:
Restaurant Bar, Marina Showbar & Marina Bar (Main Building):
Monday to Sunday: 1000 to 0200 Hours
Non-Standard Timings: An additional hour to the standard and non-standard times on the day when British Summertime (BST) commences.
New Year’s Eve - From the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.
External Area including External Stage:
Monday to Sunday 0900 to 2230 Hours
Licensing Hours - The Provision of Late-Night Refreshment
The general hours for the provision of late-night refreshment shall be Monday to Sunday 2300 to 0200 with specific hours for the following premises being:
Restaurant Bar, Marina Showbar & Marina Bar (Main Building):
Monday to Sunday 2300 to 0200 Hours
Non-Standard Timings: An additional hour to the standard and non-standard times on the day when British Summertime (BST) commences.
New Year’s Eve - From the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.
Opening Hours
The general opening hours of the premises shall be Monday to Sunday 0000 to 0000 with specific hours for the following premises being:
Restaurant Bar, Marina Showbar & Marina Bar (Main Building) and Beach Hunt Bar:
Monday to Sunday: 0800 to 0230 Hours
Non-Standard Timings: An additional hour to the standard and non-standard times on the day when British Summertime (BST) commences.
New Year’s Eve - From the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.
Shop: Monday to Sunday: 0800 to 2330 Hours
External Area: Monday to Sunday: 0000 to 0000 Hours
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The requirement for door supervisors shall be risk assessed.
On site security officers shall be on call 24 hours a day.
A drugs policy for the premises shall be in place.
CCTV shall be provided and properly maintained in the main building area of the premises (Marina Stage, Restaurant Bar and Marina Bar).
CCTV shall be provided within the box bar with a camera pointing outwards.
The premises shall operate on a system whereby a record is maintained of refusals to serve alcohol.
Records shall be kept of staff training. The records shall be made available for inspection by Officers of Responsible Authorities immediately on request and all such records shall be retained at the premises for at least 12 months.
Details of instances of disorder, damage to property or personal injury shall be kept at the premises. Such details shall be retained at the premises for at least 12 months, and shall be made available for inspection by Officers of Responsible Authorities immediately upon request
Public Safety
All staff shall receive training on the safe evacuation of the premises in an event of an emergency.
Where a ring is used it will be constructed by a competent person and shall be inspected by a competent authority before use and any material used to form part the skirt of the ring shall be flame retardant.
No boxing shall be permitted at the premises.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Reasonable steps shall be taken to recognise the needs of local residents and/or businesses and to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly.
Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting patrons and staff to leave the premises and area quietly.
Procedures for responding to noise complaints shall be established. A record of the noise complaint and action taken in response shall be recorded in the incident book kept at the premises which shall be made available to Officers of the Council upon request.
Levels of noise emanating from the premises shall be monitored by staff.
All loading and unloading shall be undertaken on private land in a designated area for that purpose.
This condition relates to the External Stage only - Amplified music shall be played on the external stage through a noise limiter to be set to a level to be agreed with the Council’s Environmental Health Team.
The Protection of Children from Harm
The premises licence holder shall at all times ensure that the manager and staff are trained in the importance of their responsibilities in ensuring that customers who request alcohol are over 18.
The premises shall adopt a Challenge 25 Proof of Age Scheme and any person wishing to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 25 shall be asked to produce an acceptable form of identification (photographic driving licence, passport, PASS accredited and /or any other form of identification as approved or prescribed by the Secretary of State as a mandatory condition).
Challenge 25 notices shall be displayed in prominent positions within the premises.
