A Personal Licence Holder will be on the premises at all times the licence is being used (save for any unavoidable absences)

Spirits will be stored behind the counter and cannot be accessed by members of the public directly.
There will be five CCTV cameras in the shop and two outside covering the car park, all with digital recording. There will be monitors for the CCTV cameras in the office and in the shop.
