STAN 1
This premises licence has been granted subject to the relevant embedded conditions and restrictions contained in the Children and Young Persons Act 1933, the Licensing Act 1964 and other relevant legislation (unless the conditions or restrictions have been removed as a result of the variation of the premises licence). The conditions and restrictions (in respect of this premises licence) to include the following:
Conditions attached by Licensing Justices
1.Except on such occasions and at such times as may be authorised by the Licensing Authority there shall be no sales otherwise than to:
(a) members of the club known as The New Park Club, who shall not be admitted to membership without an interval of at least two clear days between their application or nomination for membership and their admission to membership.
(b) Persons residing there either for consumption on the premises or with a meal supplied at but to be consumed off the premises.
2. No advertisement or notice (including the notice required by S1.135 of the Licensing Act 1953) that intoxicating liquor may be contained in the premises shall be displayed on the outside of the premises not on the inside of the premises so as to be visible from the outside.
3. A notice in a form to be approved by the Licensing Authority shall be kept displayed over or close to every bar on the licensed premises stating the classes of persons entitled to buy intoxicating liquor.

The premise provides a panic button for use of staff located behind the bar.
CCTV is in operation on the premises
No persons who appear intoxicated will be served
Public Safety
All glasses will be made of toughened glass
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Sound proofing is installed to help prevent noise pollution
Signage will be displayed requesting customers ‘Please leave quietly’
No open alcohol containers may be taken off the premises
The provision of facilities for dancing and making music shall be limited to the Function Room (as marked on the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority.)
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children will only be allowed on the premises when accompanied by a responsible adult
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Citizencard
Portman Prove it Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
No person under 18 will be allowed access to the AWP.
