  The area delineated as a shop (shown edged in green on the plan of the premises deposited with the Licensing Authority and also attached to this premises licence) will be limited to off sales of alcohol only.

   

  The area delineated as a café/bistro (shown on the plan of the premises deposited with the Licensing Authority and also attached to this premises licence) will be licensed for the sale of alcohol for consumption of alcohol both on and off the premises.

   

  Alcohol must not be sold or supplied in the café/bistro area unless the person(s) is taking a table meal(s) there. The consumption of the alcohol by such a person must be as an ancillary to his table meal.

   

  The café/bistro area of the premises must be set apart for the service of table meals.

   

  Off sales of alcohol, from the café/bistro area, will only be permitted for those customers who have already partaken a table meal (or to persons awaiting table meals for consumption on the premises).
