General
Where extended hours as detailed in the non standard times of this licence are used for live televised sporting events of national or international interest, the number of occasions for additional hours shall be limited to no more than 12 in any calendar year, with notice to Lincolnshire Police and the Licensing Authority at least 15 days before the event. The Police will have the power of veto over any such extensions. On such occasions (of extended hours) the use of SIA registered door supervisors will be considered as part of the management risk assessment of the event.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The premises will operate to the BBPA code on drinks promotions.
The premises will operate to the Portman Code of Practice on promoting responsible drinking.
Public Safety

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Doors and windows to be kept closed during periods of regulated entertainment.
The licensee shall not permit the use of the licensed premises to become a nuisance to persons in the neighbourhood and, in particular, shall take all necessary precautions to prevent persons in the neighbourhood being disturbed by noise. The licensee shall comply with any noise standard specified by the Licensing Authority.
When required by the Licensing Authority, automatic control of the volume output from any musical equipment shall be installed and set at a level as directed by the Licensing Authority.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof to include:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Citizencard
Portman Prove it Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
Supervision to ensure that AWP Machines are not used by persons under 18 years of age.
