Licensable activities outdoors will cease at 0000 and not resume until 0900
Unless a notification, as below, has been served licensable activities will cease at 0400:
When any planned event of regulated entertainment is proposed where the numbers attending the entire premises known as and including Fantasy Island are expected to be in excess of 3,000, or when any event is planned to end after 0400, the holder of the premises licence will ensure that Lincolnshire Police, Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue, ELDC EHO (noise), ELDC Licensing Team and ELSAG are advised at least 12 weeks prior to the date of the event and if requested an agreed management plan submitted no later than 4 weeks before the event.
Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises, another personal licence holder must be nominated as being the responsible person.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
There shall be provided at the premises door supervisors who are registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to such a number, if any, as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity.
A record/log book shall be kept on the premises by the Designated Premises Supervisor of every person employed on the premises as a door supervisor. The record/log shall contain the following details as a minimum:
The door supervisor's name;
His/Her Security Industry Authority Licence Number
The time and date he/she commenced and concluded their duty
The door supervisors shall sign each entry
The Designated Premises Supervisor or other authorised person shall also endorse each entry as having checked the authenticity of the individual door supervisor.
The record/log shall be retained for a period of at least 12 months from the entry date and made available for inspection on demand by an Authorised Officer of the Council, the Security Industry Authority or a Police Constable.
An incident book shall be kept at the premises in which details of crime and/or disorder relating to the premises shall be recorded.
The Incident book shall contain the following details as a minimum;
Time, date and location of incident.
Nature of the Incident
Names, addresses and contact details of persons involved (if unable to be recorded, then reason for not recording but record physical description).
Result of the incident
Action taken to prevent further such incidents as necessary.
Each entry signed by the DPS or other responsible person employed at the premises and so authorised by the DPS.
The record/log shall be retained for a period of at least 12 months from the entry date and made available for inspection on demand by an Authorised Officer of the Council, or a Police Constable.
A tamper resistant CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises.
CCTV images shall be retained for a period of no less than 31 days.
Recordings of incidents at the premises must be made secure for inspection by the police and provided on lawful request. This means that a member of staff shall be available within 24 hours who is capable of operating the CCTV system and providing recordings
In regards to the area marked green on the deposited plan for indoors the following conditions shall also apply (in addition to the above):
A method of communicating between the designated premises supervisor and the security staff by way of phone or radio links shall be provided at the premises.
Any phone or radio link provided for communication shall be kept in good working order at all times.
Public Safety

The prevention of public nuisance
Customers will be encouraged to leave the premises quietly.
If a DJ or other entertainer is used he/she will ask customers to leave quietly.
The Protection of Children from Harm
The premises shall operate the "Challenge 21" Proof of Age Policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
A recognised proof of age card credited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS);
Photo driving licence;
Passport;
Any other means of identification approved and accredited in writing by Lincoln Police.
No activities are proposed that may give rise to concern in respect of children but should any activities occur that may give rise to concern in respect of children then suitable measures and restrictions shall be implemented.
