Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent With the Operating Schedule
General
A member of the management committee will be on the premises during times the premises are open.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Lighting will be provided on the exterior of the building.
Membership of local Neighbourhood Watch Scheme.
Public Safety
Maximum of 120 persons to be on the premises at any one time.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Music will be kept to a reasonable level.
All doors and windows will be kept closed during periods of entertainment.
Litter will be cleared from premises area
Hall users are requested to respect neighbours peace and quiet
The provision of live music will be on an occasional basis only ans will be limited to a maximum of 3 performers.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children will be accompanied by an adult.
Children’s activities will only be held with parental supervision and/or other suitably qualified staff.
