The Authorities local licensing policy has been considered in the preparation of this application.
No new steps have been identified that are not already covered under the Licensing Act 2003 or other legislation in relation to the four licensing objectives, except as below.
b) The prevention of crime and disorder
There shall be provided at the premises door supervisors to such a number, if any, as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity.
Provision of CCTV and recordings made available to the Police upon request.
c) Public safety
No steps have been indentified that are not already covered under health and safety legislation.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
No steps have been indentified that are not already covered under other legislation.
e) The protection of children from harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
1. The terminal hour for the provision of Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance, Anything of a Similar Description to Live Music, Recorded Music or Performances of Dance, Provision of Facilities for Making Music, Provision of Facilities for Dancing, Entertainment of a Similar Description to Making Music or Dancing, will be midnight (Monday to Sunday)
2. There shall be no provision of karaoke at the premise.
3. Except for access and egress to the premise all external doors and windows shall be kept closed after 2300 Hours when regulated entertainment consisting of amplified live or recorded music is being provided.
4. Apart from the specifically designated smoking area at the premise customers shall not be permitted to congregate in the vicinity of the premises for the purposes of smoking. The location of the designated smoking area to be within the area shown hatched on the plan attached to this premises licence.
5. There must be no sales of alcohol between 0100 and 0900 Hours (other than sales to residents of the premise and their bona fide guests).
6. There shall be no entry / re-entry to the premises between 2300 and 0700 Hours except for any smokers who have been using a designated smoking area. This condition does not relate to residents of the premise and their bona fide guests.
