The Prevention of Public Nuisance
All external doors/windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when licensable activities involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
The front doors and the two doors which connect the bar area with the beer garden shall be used as sound trap lobbies when licensable activities involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
Where required by the Environment Team of East Lindsey District Council a noise limiting device shall be installed and maintained within the premises and all licensable amplified music and voices shall be performed/played through this device. This device shall be set in agreement with the Environment Team so as to ensure that where amplified music or voices is performed/played with the licensed premises on more than two occasions per week or after 2300 hours, noise from the same shall be inaudible within residential properties (assuming that residential windows are kept open for the purpose of ventilation). Where entertainment is held on up to two occasions per week and concludes by 2300 hours, entertainment noise shall be inaudible or barely audible within residential properties (assuming that residential windows are kept open for the purpose of ventilation). The Environment Team reserves the right to require alterations to the settings any noise-limiting device should noise problems occur in future.
Where required by the Environment Team of East Lindsey District Council the Licensee shall submit a scheme for the provision of additional soundproofing to the premises. This scheme shall be agreed in writing with the Environment Team and works referred to within that scheme shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Environment Team.
Where required by the Environment Team of East Lindsey District Council openings in the external fabric of the premises must be acoustically sealed to the satisfaction of the Environment Team.
Music to be kept to a reasonable level

Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly

The Protection of Children from Harm
No children allowed in the bar area, only allowed in the beer garden
Children only allowed in designated areas and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times
Children areas provided with no access to gaming or tobacco vending machines as well as being no smoking areas.
